Empowering Futures

Peter Fleming, CEO, Best Selling Authour, CIMA Fellow and a certified career coach, recently conducted a CV writing workshop in Sri Lanka as part of WOW One's community development arm. This initiative aligns with the UN Sustainable Goal 8, aiming to promote decent work and economic growth. CVs play a crucial role in job applications, but Peter emphasized their role in securing interviews, just one step in his comprehensive seven-step career coaching process. WOW One and ADC are dedicated to becoming solutions for their nation, transcending race and religion.

​Enhancing and Promoting Products of Micro-Entrepreneurs in Rural Regions

​AKASA runs a center for women with disabilities. They produce handicrafts and fabric-based items to support the running costs of the centre. This project supports AKASA to develop the centre into a product innovation and marketing hub – to support local micro enterprises to improve their products and market them island wide.

​Elevating Skills and Fostering Business Growth for Hairdressers in Mannar

​The Hairdressers Cooperative Society of Mannar comprises more than 130 hairdressers who operate micro businesses throughout the district. This project supports business owners, their employees and youth interested in entering the hairdressing and beauty culture industry.
