To Build a Nation, Equip the People
Our Vision
To equip, facilitate & empower Sri Lankans, individually & collectively to realize their optimal social and economic rights.
Our Mission
To empower individuals & communities through sustainable development toward inclusive growth, equitable education, optimal health, clean energy adoption, gender equality & climate resilience.
Our Approach
There is no one model that fits all. Each project we undertake is context-specific, people-centric, aimed to equip, capacitate, and moreover, make each of our beneficiaries self-sufficient.
We promote quality education, especially for the marginalized, empowering them with knowledge and safe learning environments.
By facilitating the adoption of clean energy solutions, we pave the way for equitable access to affordable energy while reducing our carbon footprint. Our dedication to gender equality, social justice, and civic engagement amplifies voices, particularly of underrepresented groups, in decision-making processes.
Addressing climate change and sustainable environmental practices are at our core, as we guide communities to mitigate its impact and embrace sustainable living. We extend our reach across borders, partnering both locally and with our international affiliates, addressing unique challenges, fostering cross-regional learning, and collectively shaping a better future.
